Commitments and Accomplishments of Political Parties
The Belgian Pride sees political parties as partners in improving the rights and well-being of the LGBTI+ community. In particular, it is the politicians who can implement reforms at the political and legislative level.
We believe it is very important that everyone who is committed to society has the right to be heard.
Participating in the Pride Parade has its own conditions. A political party must prove that it has been an ally and that it will continue to do so in the future.
In order to participate in Belgian Pride as a political party, the party must sign the annual charter and answer the questions below. The answers will be published every year on this page so that everyone can read what the political party has achieved and what its future steps are. In addition, we ask for a contact person to answer questions from interested parties.

- What are your party’s next steps for the LGBTI+ community this year, specifically regarding the annual theme?
- Who is your party’s contact person for LGBTI+ themes? Who can interested parties contact if they have questions?
Since 2020, we’ve added this additional question:
- In your opinion, how did you respect the charter and the questions related to last year’s participation throughout the past year?
